The skilled trainers are:
Hege is a trained nurse, specialist in obesity and diabetes, personal dietician, author of five books, dedicated speaker and Norway's leading Eurodiet practitioner. Hege runs her own lifestyle clinic in Oslo, called Vektklinikken. She has over 26 years of experience in the clinic as a nurse and dietician and has helped hundreds of patients achieve better health and more energy for life.
She is passionate about achieving lasting and healthy lifestyle changes in her patients and imparting the knowledge needed to improve their quality of life and health.


Together with Gunn-Karin, Hege has published a series of books. Diabetesboka, Den praktiske Diabetesboka, Den søte Diabetesboka and now a new book - Den grønne Diabetesboka.
The aim is to prove that healthy and blood sugar-friendly food can be tasty, varied and exciting - and not least quick to prepare.


In The Green Diabetes Book, Hege and Gunn-Karin want to inspire people to try a greener kitchen with nutritious and plant-based food.
These tasty and plant-based meals create blood sugar balance and thus prevent and improve your health from type 2 diabetes.
